06/17/2022 Amendment P00002 to the solicitation and announcement is to extend the proposal date until July 14, 2022 @ 4:30 PM CST. All Amendments must be intialed and signed. (See attachement 6973GH-22-R-00047 Mod P00002 for details) 

06/1/2022 Amendment P00001 to the solicitation and announcement is to add the following list of changes; to add the Questions and Answers & Mapping of Deliverables to CLIN sheets to the announcement, and Amend the Solicitation P00001. The closing date is now extended until June 08, 2022, 4:30 PM, CST. 

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) has a current requirement to assist the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Management Services (AJG) Service Unit Employee Development (L3) Group. AJG provides business management and infrastructure support to the ATO that enables ATO to focus on its core missions. The FAA ATO maintains a variety of online career-oriented tools aimed at helping ATO employees and advance in their careers. Management Services (AJG-L3) currently maintains the ATO Career Planning Tool (CPT) aimed at helping FAA employees explore career opportunities within ATO and plan their careers. The requirement will assist ATO’s Employee Development Group (EDG) with the development of an efficient and cost effective job analysis methodology to support the development of new position profiles and career path linkages in the CPT.  At this time the Solicitation is full and open Competition. (See the attached PWS for further detailed information). 

This requirement is anticipated to support a Firm, Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Qty (IDIQ) Contract for five (5) years 12-month base with four (4) one (1-year) renewable options. 

See the attached Solicitation for detailed instructions required in submitting a proposal. Please follow the instructions outlined in the Solicitation to ensure a responsive bid. Following all instructions outlined in the solicitation such as, Sections L & M where you will find the Proposal Evaluation Process, Factors, and Criteria. (The Schedule B starts on Page 4 due to system issues, there is NO page numbers 1-3). 

There are fill-ins that must be addressed throughout the solicitation. Please ensure to address the fill-ins. Most are located in Section K but there are others in different sections, throughout the solicitation.  

The proposal are due NLT May 30, 2022 @ 4:30 PM, CST. The proposal must be emailed to Nia Glover nia.glover@faa.gov. 

All questions must be emailed to nia.glover@faa.gov NLT May 25, 2022 to allow adequate time to answer and post responses to this announcement.
