Description

Vendor to provide Labor and Material to apply 3M safety S70 film on all the first-floor windows on building 5 north and east wings, for a total of 86 panes in support of the inpatient rehab program. 3M™ Safety & Security Window Films are designed to help hold the glass together during violent weather, attempted break-ins or bomb blasts. This helps protect furnishings or inhabitants from potential flying glass.
