General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements: 24/7 access to the space is required space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design. Offered space must be within ½ mile walking distance of public transportation if available in the area. Employee and Visitor parking spaces should be onsite if dictated by the local code or within 2 blocks of the leased space. Space must be in a contiguous block of space. For the field office, first floor, single floor,
contiguous space is preferred. Space above ground level must be serviced by at least two accessible elevators, one of which may be a freight elevator. Basement or below grade space isunacceptable. The space should have no history of water/moisture intrusion/mold growth. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2 percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “500-year” floodplain). The U.S. Government currently occupies office space in New Brunswick, NJ, with 48 surface level parking spaces. The Government is seeking information regarding alternative office space within the delineated area if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
