Description
GSA is seeking 9,177 ABOA and 10,094 RSF of office space in Long Island City, NY for five years, all firm. The following requirements must be met:
- The office space must be located within Long Island City/Astoria, Queens NY area. Please see attachemnt for the delineated area.
- First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred.
- The leased space must be contiguous on no more than two floors with a minimum of 85% of the space on one floor.
- Space above ground level must be serviced by at least two accessible elevators, one of which may be a freight elevator.
- Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow. Columns must have regular spacing of suffiient distance to support effective design.
- Below grade space is unacceptable.
