Description
The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located at US Hwy 160 and Route 35, Red Mesa, Arizona 86514 has an upcoming requirement to procure X Series of Monitor/Defibrillators
The anticipated delivery date will be 90 days beginning from the Date of Award.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334510 – Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. IHS146156 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by January 20, 2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, commercial specification and price. Quotes will be due on January 27, 2023. The acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside.
