Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL 33744 has a need to purchase One (1) Prevacuum Single Sliding Cabinet System, Amsco (P/N: SR101110011) (Brand Name Only) to include 1st year preventive care, installation, deinstallation, disposal, and energy market origination as listed on Attachment 1 (Statement of Need). The RFQ # is 36C24823Q0969. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ, and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 (03-16-2022). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 339113; the size standard is 750 Employees. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in sba.gov to be considered for Award. Additionally, Offerors must provide an Authorized Distributor Letter and Limitations on Subcontracting (LOS) with their quote.
