Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Supplies and Services (GSS) Portfolio is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: Global Supply Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) Logistics Operations Solutions Support within the CENTCOM region. This requirement is solicited as a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 47QSCC22R0026. The applicable NAICS is 493190.

The purpose of this solicitation and associated requirement is to establish a forward supply logistics solution, the purpose of which is to provide faster delivery of certain commercial items to customers in the area. The solution will cover Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the following countries: Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Israel, Egypt, and United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The contractor will be responsible for sourcing, transporting, stocking, and warehousing National Stock Number (NSN) items and for delivering these items within 3 business days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to ordering customers in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and within 10-15 business days ARO to customers in Jordan, Israel, Iraq, Egypt.

Phase I proposal documents (Volumes 1 and 2) are due by August 3, 2022 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.  NOTE:  AMENDED TO AUGUST 31, 2022 AT 10:00 AM ET (AMENDMENT 0003).
