Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) for Air Charter Transportation of Government personnel and baggage, freight, and equipment between Kenai and Middleton Island, in Alaska on an on-call basis, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

The requirement is specifically for transportation between Kenai and Middleton Island.

Procurement for this requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS Code 481211 Nonscheduled Chartered Passenger Air Transportation. Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract, Base Year Plus 4 Option Years.

Questions must be in written form and submitted to Angela.Furukawa@faa.gov by January 24, 2025, 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Do not call for questions.

Responses to this RFO must clearly reference the RFO number, 697DCK-25-R-00053.

Responses to this RFO must be received by the bid due date and time, February 18, 2025,  5:00 PM Pacific Time, in the inbox of Angela Furukawa, Angela.Furukawa@faa.gov. See submission details under Section L of this RFO.

No hard copy or CD submissions will be accepted.
