Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Positron Emission Tomography (PET) radiopharmaceuticals for the VA Northern California Health Care System located at 10535 Hospital Way Mather, CA 95655. THIS RFQ SHALL BE FULL AND OPEN UNRESTRICTED TO ALL BUSINESSES.
Contractor must be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) or NRC Agreement State and be regularly established in the business of providing radiopharmaceuticals.
The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, size standard 1,250 employees.
The solicitation will be available on or about August 02, 2022 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (www.beta.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about August 15, 2022 with responses due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov.
