Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for 538-19-204, Renovate Student Housing Buildings 15 and 16 Chillicothe VAMC, Ohio as required by drawings and specifications.  All work shall be conducted in complete accordance with project Statement of Work, specifications and drawings.
