Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Indo-Pacific intends to solicit for a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables for Non-DoD USDA School customers on the Island of Maui in the State of Hawaii.
This is a Pre-solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited using FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This is a simplified indefinite delivery contract (SIDC), Fixed-Price (FP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA).

CONTRACT PERIOD: The contract performance period will be begin July 2, 2023 until July 1, 2028 or until maximum dollar value of $4,900,000.00 has been met. The guaranteed minimum will be $91,000.00 (10% of estimated annual demand) for the entire 5-year period.


Performance Period: Total 5 years (07/02/2023 – 07/01/2028)
Tier 1 - 07/02/2023 - 07/01/2025 (24 month period)
Tier 2 - 07/02/2025 - 01/01/2027 (18 month period)
Tier 3 - 01/02/2027 - 07/01/2028 (18 month period)
