Synopsis: Local, Long Distance, and 911 Phone Service SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.

The purpose of this sources sought is to identify commercial capabilities for wired/landline phone services for the 194th Wing telecommunications located at Camp Murray, WA.  Current phone operations utilizes 3 different vendors to provide the different services required.  It is intent of the contracting office to determine if it is common in the industry for one company to provide any combination of long distance, 911 phone service, and local telephone service. We are seeking to know if it is possible with our current equipment, what options are available in the current market, or any technologies available to fulfill our need.

Need: 

• Local phone service
• Long Distance phone service
• 911 with location data storage (can be remote storage or located on base), this system connects the phone numbers to building locations on base to allow for accurate 911 response
• Phone service with a capability of making and receiving, at a minimum, 25 local and long-distance calls simultaneously
