Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Arizona

City: Tucson

West: From intersection of I-19 and W. Irvington Rd, continuing West to South Mission Rd.

North on S. Mission Rd. continuing thru to S. Grande Ave

North on S. Grande Ave to W. Congress St.

West on Congress St. to N. Silverbell Rd.

North on N. Silverbell Rd to W. Ina Road

North: East on W. Ina Road to E Skyline Dr

East on E Skyline Dr to Sunrise going So.

South on Sunrise to N Craycroft

East: South on North Craycroft to E River Road

Additional Requirements:

  • Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building on one floor. 
  • Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20’ on center, etc.
  • Offered spaces on second floor and above must have multiple elevators available for use.
  • Cannot be located in retail developments.
  • The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. 

Interested Respondents should include Building Owners, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/ or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner, in your expression of interest.
