1. PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT:

2. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT: The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Europe District is soliciting proposals for a design-build project for construction of Masons Clinic, Copesville Pietermaritzburg, South Africa.

solicitation includes basic design criteria, and the USACE intends to award a resulting contract to a single design-build construction contractor that will complete the 100% design and construct the project.
