National Library of Education System Maintenance

Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the US Departmentof

Education's (Department), Institute ofEducation Sciences (IES) intends

to award a single purchase order, on a sole sources basis, to SirsiDynix for

the annual maintenance of the National Library of Education's (NLE)

integrated library system. This notice is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. 

However, the Department will give consideration to anyinterested party

that identifies its interest and capability to provide maintenance and support

for NLE's intergrated library system or submits a proposal by the response

date of April 7, 2022 by 5:00pm. Responses to this notice must be

submitted in writing to Joyce.Green-Millner@ed.gov.
