Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego hereby gives NOTICE OF AWARD AS A SOLE SOURCE to NMS Management, Inc. to provide continued support to Commander Navy Region South West USN Dining Facilities program.

This current notice is for purchase as a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and compelling urgency. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of market research.

The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM).  Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).  Register via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment website at https://piee.eb.mil/.
