The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 has a requirement to provide ultrasound equipment services to the Philips Ultrasound equipment at the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia Missouri 65201 and intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Philips Healthcare for the service and maintenance of the Philips Ultrasound Equipment. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6; Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification by email to the Contracting Specialist by 3:00 PM (CST) December 9, 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
