Description

Provide a full renovation design and construction of DAU building 202 to include general meeting areas, executive offices, remote video conferencing suites, and open collaborative spaces that will support a healthier open air environment. The design shall also include secured communication spaces that are designed with an emphasis on efficiency in order to secure/store sensitive materials, along with restrooms, and a breakroom.

The project scope requirements shall also include mechanical system replacement (including Johnson Control METESYS BAS, dehumidification, and ultraviolet lighting to reduce bacteria, mold, and germs), electrical system upgrades, adding elevator access, telecommunications systems upgrades, renovate interior, including door/window repair, paint and carpet, provide storage space, open floorplan, renovate exterior, replace window wells, increase drainage capabilities, including down spouts and window wells.
