Amendment 0001
The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government’s response to all timely Vendor submitted questions. Please see attached Amend 0001 document.

Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is hereby requesting a formal quote for the subject requirement in accordance with the attached solicitation.
The Government intends to issue an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for a 12-month base period and four 12-month option period period of performance, with fixed price rates per audit and fixed hourly rates for optional services. Task orders will be issued as Firm-fixed price orders. If additional in-scope services are required beyond each annual task order, another task order will be issued as necessary.
The offeror shall adhere to the Quotation Instructions included within this solicitation. The Government intends to select one contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility
of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation.
QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION:
Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, by no later than 10:00am ET on September 25, 2024 and must state “20343125Q00002 – Questions/Audit-Haiti, Attn: KE/TB” in the subject line. Any questions submitted after this deadline will not be assured of an answer. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:
Electronic proposals shall be submitted to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 10:00am ET on October 9, 2024 to be accepted, and must state “20343125Q00002 – Proposal/Audit-Haiti, Attn: KE/TB” in the subject line. Proposals received after this deadline are late and will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify receipt of their proposal.
Any packages submitted after the established closing date and time will not be guaranteed consideration.
