Description
Contractor shall provide mechanics to supplement current government Vehicle Maintenance (VM) personnel workload on Fort Bliss, Tx. The contractor shall provide all base level, mobile, scheduled and/or unscheduled maintenance; preventative maintenance inspections/tests; Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) inspections; one-time inspections; service bulletins; and safety recalls in accordance with this PWS. The contractor shall repair/replace unserviceable parts, assemblies, subassemblies, OEM attachments, and components.

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Change the RFQ close date from 05 September 2024 to 09 September 2024.
2. All other details of this combined synopsis remain the same.
04 Sep 2024 Update

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Clarify the number of days the contractor agrees to hold their price in their quote from 30 days to 90 calendar days.
2. Clarify the number of pages for the technical approach from not to exceed 10 pages to not to exceed 25 pages.
3. Amend attachment 4, 6 month extension under the Base Plus Option Years column, from 2,080 hours to 1,040 hours for the Heavy Equipment Mechanic and the Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
4. All other details of this combined synopsis remain the same.
