NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – THUNDERCAT TECHNOLOGY, LLC

NAICS Code      423430 –Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers

PSC                       DA10 - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to THUNDERCAT TECHNOLOGY, LLC, 11190 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 200, Reston, Virginia, 20191-4393, United States, under the authority of FAR 19.1406, Sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. 

This requirement is for the purchase of Adobe Acrobat Pro Enterprise Term Licenses, and other Adobe products, from a certified Adobe reseller. Previous acquisitions for these same services have yielded only 1 offeror, with Thundercat being the only bidder.  Research into adobe partners has not found another service-disabled veteran-owned small business that has interest in submitting a quotation.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.  A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.  The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.  However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
