Description

This acquisition is to provide the Sextupole Focusing and Defocusing Electromagnets for the Advance Light Source Upgrade (ALS-U) Storage Ring (SR) project. There are four Sextupole magnet types – SHA, SHB, SD, and SF – corresponding to different magnetic field requirements at different lattice positions.  There may be separate awards for Work Packages 1 & 2 as identified in Section 1c if it results in the best interest of the University.  Work Package 2, Option 1 will be award complete with Work Package 2.
