*This is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract *
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Solicitation Number RFQ 140FS123Q0005 is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in Continued effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) Complex (4009 Hill Road, Tulelake, CA 95134) has a requirement for noxious weed control on all refuges under its management. This contract will cover treatments needed at Clear Lake NWR in California.
This will be a Base Year and Four Option Year Contract. 11/15/2022 ¿ 9/30/2027 in accordance with FAR 52.217-9 ¿ Option to Extend the Term of the Contract.
The NAICS Code is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry-Fuels Management Services, with a Size Standard of $20.50 million. This requirement is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and award will be pursuant to FAR Part 13.
