Description

Amendment 0001 is being issued to change the Site Visit date, change the Question Submittal date and provide a revised Section L.GENERAL OVERVIEW This Request for Quote (RFQ)is 100% set-aside for Women Owned Small Businesses in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The resulting award will be a firm fixed-price purchase order, awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. ELECTRONIC SOLICITATION All Offerors need to be registered in both SAM https://sam.gov/ and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/. The ability to provide a quote electronically depends on it. Email quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation, including all attachments, and any amendments, is only available electronically at the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/ and the SAM website https://sam.gov/. Quoters are cautioned that it is their responsibility to access the appropriate website for any amendments that may be issued under the solicitation. There will be no advance notification of amendment issuance. Quoters are advised to consult the website frequently to check for any amendments since an amendment may be issued up until the quote due date and time. Failure to acknowledge amendments may render your Quote non-responsive and ineligible for award.
