US Forces Japan, 2022 Industry Forum

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The engineers, architects, and contracting officers of the U.S. Military invite you to this October’s U.S. Forces Japan’s Industry Forum which will occur on 18 October 2022. We look forward to continuing our previous discussions and to adding new conversation topics.  With your participation, this year's Industry Day will be a fantastic success. At this event, we will address our core design & construction programs for the various military bases and organizations located in Japan to include NAVFAC, the USMC, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kadena Air Base, and Misawa Air Base. Furthermore, experts will be available to answer any questions regarding how to contract and compete for requirements with the U.S. Government. Please see the attached schedule for details.

The event will take place at the New Sanno Hotel located in Tokyo, Japan (4-12-20, Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0047, Japan). This is a U.S. military installation. Escorts will be available to sign-in and chauffeur attendees. A valid Government photo ID is required for access.

The next day the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) will host the 2022 SAME Japan Industry Forum the following day on 19 October 2022. Participants are welcome to attend both events. To register for the SAME event follow the instructions in the link below.

私ども米軍のエンジニア、建築士、そして契約担当一同は１０月１８日に開催される２０２２年の在日米軍のインダストリーフォーラムへの皆様のご参加を歓迎致します。これまでの内容を引き継ぐとともに本年度新たに加えられるトピックに関して、皆様と語り合える機会を楽しみにしております。皆様のご参加が今年のインダストリーフォーラムを成功に導いてくださると確信しております。この度、海軍施設技術部隊 （NAVFAC）、アメリカ海兵隊（USMC）、米陸軍工兵隊（USACE）、嘉手納基地と三沢基地といった様々な米軍基地・部隊からのデザインや建設工事についての説明をいたします。さらに、米軍との契約過程及び入札方法に関する質問に応答できるプロフェッショナルが参加致します。日程の詳細は添付書類をご参照ください。

在日米軍のインダストリーフォーラムはニュー山王ホテル（１０６－００４７東京都港区南麻布４丁目１２－２０）にて行われます。米軍軍事施設のため、立ち入りの際にエスコートを提供いたします。当日は写真付き、有効な身分証明書を必ずお持ちください。
