Description
Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to repair approximately 90 LF of piping using fold and form pipeliners and cure in place (CIPP) liner of 10" condenser water pipe from the cooling towers located on the roof to the basement chillers, including camera scoping and recording before and after video and documentation, at the Federal Building/US Post Office/Courthouse in Pierre, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
The solicitation will be issued on February 11, 2022 at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on March 1, 2022. Anticipated award date is March 22, 2022. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
