Description
The Library of Congress ("Library") requires film restoration software for use in the Film Lab at the Packard Campus (NAVCC) Film Preservation Laboratory. This software will be used to digitally restore film images for motion pictures in the Library’s collections that have a variety of defects such as scratches, warping, movement and other image distortions. As such, many of these defects can be repaired using film restoration software for a solution that provides automatic, semi-automatic and interactive film restoration, cleaning, enhancement and repair. The software has to meet specific requirements as described in the attached solicitation.
