Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing Solicitation N00024-24-R-6214 on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Undersea Warfare Systems (UWS), Underseas Defensive Warfare Systems (PMS 415) for procurement of Acoustic Device Countermeasure (ADC) MK3 and MK4 Production. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government. Information regarding this requirement was previously synopsized on 10 May 2023 on SAM.gov. The Government intends to award a single contract without discussions, as permitted by FAR 52.215-1, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.

PIEE Portal will be used for electronic proposal submission, Contractors are required to register in PIEE to obtain access to the solicitation module. 

November 21, 2023:  The solicitation has been amended on the PIEE Portal to include Industry Questions and Government Responses along with a proposal extension through 21 December 2023.
