Description
NWC intends to award a sole source Purchase Order for 2 SW Fleet Seminar nonresident evening courses to Russell D. Hart based on the attached RFQ and sole source justification. Although this is a Sole Source Requirement all responsible sources may submit by email a capability Statement or quote which if timely shall be considered by the agency to Kimberly.eklund@usnwc.edu. This RFQ will be posted from 01 JULY 2022 to 15 JULY 2022
