Description

This is a follow-on requirement to provide Accreditation of the Region Fire Fighting Training Center, develop and implement training materials and class schedules to train local national fire fighters and perform final testing and certification. The requirement is currently operating under contract W564KV-XX…. The period of performance will be for a five (5) year ordering period.

This is not a request for proposal or quotes. The Government is seeking capability information from interested offerors under NAICS 611519, capable of providing Accreditation of the Region Fire Fighting Training Center, develop and implement training materials and class schedules to train local national fire fighters and perform final testing and certification. The Government will not pay or reimburse for the submission of this information. The 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) is seeking information and sources of potential contractors interested and capable. Interested contractors should submit their responses indicating their interest and capabilities for the requirements stated in the performance work statement (PWS). A draft PWS is included in this sources sought. This is a draft only. The final PWS will be included in the forthcoming solicitation and will be the version used to evaluate any offer received as a result of the solicitation.

Interested companies shall include a cover page which includes the following:
• Company name and address
• CAGE Code and DUNS
• Company size and applicable NAICS
• Point(s) of contact (name, phone number, and email address)
• Questions below:
o 1. Provide capabilities to perform services in Germany in accordance with Department of Defense performance objectives and Host Nation safety standards.
o 2. Provide experience in IFSAC or ProBoard recognized testing and certification system.
o 3. How long will it take to phase-in once awarded?
