General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Puerto Rico

City: Guaynabo

Delineated Area: State Road 20 to State Road 2 to State Road 23 to San Patricio Ave to Ebano St to Gonzalez Giusti Ave to State Road 20

Additional Requirements:

- Parking spaces must be reserved and dedicated for the exclusive use of the Agency

- Parking must be secured with a rover guard, access control arms, and security cameras

- Agency requires 24/7 access to the spaces

- The offered parking space may be split between two different parking garages or lots if they are both within the delineated area

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space that is not in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year floodplain) is preferred. Offered space in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain or 1-percent-annual chance floodplain will be considered, in respective order, if no alternatives exist.
