Description

This project is to replace and upgrade the Lake Nona Endoscopy Rooms medical booms in rooms 3L402, 3L404, 3L406, 3L601, 3L603, and 3L605 on the Hospital side in Building 2. This Scope includes removal and replacement of existing medical booms and existing cabinets/casework and sinks in the Gastrointestinal (GI) lab suite to enlarge and optimize the workspace in each room. The Scope also includes the addition/installation of Carbon dioxide (CO2) medical gas lines for the new booms and a new hand washing sink. The contractor shall ensure that all aspects of the Endoscopy rooms meet all applicable codes and regulations, including but not limited to new structural support for new boom equipment, and room renovations that include walls, floors, ceiling, air supply grills, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and provide complete testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) effort on the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system to ensure proper room ventilation requirements are met. The Contractor shall provide all necessary infrastructure to support the new medical gas boom equipment to be installed.
