Description

UPDATE 1/19/2022: This Request For Information (RFI) is being reactivated to ask additional questions to industry. An updated RFI document has been uploaded which includes the addition of Question 12 and Question 13. Please review the updated RFI document and respond accordingly. Reponses are requested by 3:00pm EST January 26, 2022.
This Request For Information (RFI) is posted in support of The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Application Support Center (ASC) Program.
This RFI is for informational and planning purposes ONLY and is NOT to be construed as a solicitation or a commitment to issue a solicitation. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking information to assist in the development of the acquisition strategy, pricing methodology and to obtain industry feedback on program requirements. It is issued for the purpose of conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, to determine common and customary industry practices and to allow industry an opportunity to provide comments concerning this requirement.
The Performance Work Statement included in this RFI is a draft version only and will likely be revised prior to solicitation release.
No solicitation is being issued at this time and the Government makes no assertion that a solicitation will be issued. The Government is not obligated to, and will not pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice.
