Description

The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Jackson, SC is issuing a presolicitation notice for Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing Services at Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC)

PROGRAM BACKGROUND

The Moncrief Army Health Clinic is designated as the provider to acquire Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alrm System Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing Services. In accordance with these assignments, the MAHC provides the following: medical support services including general medical and optometry services.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm System Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing services in support of the areas specified in Program Background (above). Further detail is provided in the draft attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated attachments.

ELIGIBILITY

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561621 Security System Services (except Locksmiths) with a Small Business Size Standard of $22M. The Product Service Code is H912, OTHER QC/TEST/INSPECT- FIRE CONTROL EQUIPMENT. The Government is still contemplating a further set-aside.

The estimated period of performance consists of a base year plus four (4) twelve month option periods with performance commencing December 2022. Specifics regarding the number of option periods will be provided in the solicitation.

The contract type is anticipated to be firm fixed price.

The proposed contract is anticipated to include tasking that would be accomplished by labor categories that are subject to the Service Contract Act or a collective bargaining agreement.
