The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) needs executive search services from a firm with extensive private and public sector reach to identify and deliver top quality candidates for the Commissioner for Patents position within the USPTO. The Commissioner for Patents is a term appointment for 5 years, with an option for an additional 5-year extension. For that position, the USPTO requires an experienced technical executive with substantial experience in intellectual property matters. We are seeking a results-driven, service-centered, and people-oriented individual to lead the Patents business unit.
