Education, Doctrine, and Instruction for Intelligence Efforts (EDIF-IE)

This update is to inform industry that Army Contracting Command-Orlando is working on finalizing the Questions and Answers as a result of the industry day that was hosted on February 8th. The responses are forthcoming and will be posted to SAM.gov.

Attached are the industry day slides that were briefed and the list of participates.

The Army Contracting Command-Orlando in Orlando, Florida is issuing this notice as a means of identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for the Education, Doctrine, and Instruction for Intelligence Efforts (EDIF-IE) requirement. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis.

A virtual Industry Day for the EDIF-IE requirement supporting US Army Center of Excellence (USAICoE)

Fort Huachuca, AZ will be held on February 8, 2023, over MS Teams at the following link:

This scheduled Industry Day will enable potential Offerors to further understand of the requirement. Attendance at the conference is not a requirement and in no way will impact any company from submitting a proposal in response to any forthcoming solicitation.

Please send an email to Isabel Rodriguez, at isabel.m.rodriguez12.civ@army.mil by noon EST on February 05, 2023, if you plan on attending the industry day. The email must provide the business name, address, attendee name(s) and title, a point of contact phone number and email address. The subject line of the email should read “EDIF-IE Industry Day”.

• Industry day will start promptly at 8:00AM MST.
• Draft version of the IDIQ PWS and Task order PWSs are attached to this notice. Please email any questions, clarifications or feedback on this information to Isabel Rodriguez at Isabel.m.rodriguez12.civ@army.mil no later than January 30th at 1:00PM EST. The questions and responses will be addressed during the industry day.
• The question and answers addressed and the list of participates will be released on SAM.gov unless otherwise requested.
