Request for Proposal (RFP) for Day Reporting Center Services in Rock Island, Illinois (County of Rock Island)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting proposals to provide Day Reporting Center (DRC) Services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in Rock Island, Illinois.  All offerors are advised that the Government reserves the right to disclose or make public any environmental documentation or other information provided in response to the solicitation. Such disclosures would typically occur in Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, public hearings, comment periods, and other public forums. Please see the attached SF33 15BRRC24R00000003 and additional attachments for detailed DRC and Home Confinement Services (home confinement placements) for male and female federal offenders located in Rock Island, Illinois information.

Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to j3ramsey@bop.gov by December 18, 2023.  Questions and answers will be posted on SAM.gov on or about January 8, 2024.  Answers will only be provided through SAM.gov.  Responses to this solicitation shall be emailed in PDF format, no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on January 16, 2024 to Janel Ramsey, Contracting Officer at j3ramsey@bop.gov.
