Description

Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), herewith solicits your quote for Water Cooler Cleaning Services

Water Cooler Cleaning
4.1.1 Cleaning and Sanitation
• Clean and sanitize water cooler units, including the internal water reservoirs, drip
trays, dispensers, and external surfaces at least once every 6 months per cooler.
• Use non-toxic cleaning agents and sanitizers that comply with health and
environmental regulations.
• Perform thorough rinsing after sanitizing to remove any residual cleaning agents.
4.1.2 Cleaning and Maintenance
• Inspect each unit for any operational issues, such as leaks, unusual noises, or
temperature irregularities.
• Replace water filters, if applicable, according to manufacturer recommendations or
laboratory guidelines.
• Document and report any damage or need for repair.
4.1.3 Frequency of Cleaning
• Routine Cleaning: Every 6 months, as per 4.1.1
• As-Needed Service: Additional cleaning or maintenance may be requested based on
water quality testing results or identified health concerns.
