IAW Section L, Part A, 7.1, the Government does not anticipate answering any further questions or releasing any other information prior to proposoals being due. The Government will provide any critical information if necessary.

Additional export controlled GFI and a partial BOM has been sent to those vendors that have previously requested solicitation documents. The password for the export controlled data has been emailed to the data custodian for each vendor. If you did not receive the documents or the password, please email David Kors and Duane Drury.

The Industry Solicitation Conference is set for Wednesday, 26 October 2022 at NS Mayport. All vendors that contacted David Kors and Duane Drury have been registered and information sent to the Mayport Security office. Anyone with issues at the Security office may call David Kors at 813-240-3623.

The conference will start at 0900 at the Afloat Training Group (ATG) Auditorium located at:

The attached map indicates the location of the auditorium. Directions to the building can be obtained by entering the address in Google Maps.

Visitors that have registered and need a day pass to access the base shall follow these directions:

Go to the Pass Office at Gate 3 (Main Gate) and request the access pass with at least two forms of approved ID’s as noted in the standard I-9 form.  Driver’s will need to show Driver’s License, Rental Car Agreement or Registration and Insurance card to access the base by car. Arrive early with plenty of time to get through the process.

The conference will start at 0900 with a Government presentation. After the presentation, small groups will proceed to the NSST training facility for a walkthrough of facility and training devices. The conference will conclude with a question and answer session after lunch and the facility tour. The conference is expected to end no later than 1700.

The Industry Solicitation Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, 26 October 2022 at Naval Station Mayport from 0900 – 1700 at the following location:

The conference will include a walkthrough of the Mayport NSST training facility and observation of previously delivered NSST devices. Vendors are limited to 3 representatives each. All attendees must register with David Kors and Duane Drury by providing the name of each attendee via email no later than 1700 EST on 21 October 2022. If an attendee will need assistance with accessing the base on a day pass (i.e. the attendee does not have a CAC to allow for access to the base), provide the following information via DoD SAFE. Attendees must be U.S. citizens. Please send 1 request per vendor for all representatives that plan to attend.
