The purposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and compete with only a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Currently, Honeywell International, Inc (CAGE code 64547) is the only known source that can satisfy the Government requirements. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Since Honeywell International, Inc. is currently the only approved source a letter request for proposal will be posted. The technical data package is available upon request.
