Intent to Sole Source, Unison Software Inc.

The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Unison Software Inc. - 21251 Ridgetop Cir Ste 100, Dulles, VA 20166-6644 ; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 

This requirement is for an annual renewal of Prism contract writing software licenses. Unison Software, Inc is the sole proprietor for Prism contracting writing software. Switching to a new contract writing software is not in the best interest of the United States International Trade Commission. Please see attached Justification for additional details.

The period of performance for this requirement is one year, with four (anticipated) 1-year options: October 1st, 2024 through September, 30th, 2029.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.  A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.  The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.  However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
