The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, firm fixed price contract for long lead time material (LLTM) of one (1) rotational deployment mechanism (RDM) refurbishment kit for one (1) Virginia-class submarine. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-23-R-0007.

Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-23-R-0007.
