This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to award a single-award firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04; Effective 06/02/2023.

This requirement is for the acquisition of commercial supply of Temperature Relative Humidity Power Supply Enclosure and Mounting Hardware Kits as specified in this solicitation for use by the National Weather Service. The solicitation number for this acquisition is 1305M223QNWWG0161 and shall be used to reference any written proposal provided.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334513 with a size standard of 750 employees.
This acquisition set-aside 100% for small business concerns. This acquisition will be competed using a written solicitation. All interested parties must provide a proposal package by the time specified below to the Government in order to be considered for award. Proposal packages shall include all data and information requested and shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions found in "Instructions to Offeror" (FAR 52.212-1 and Addendum to 52.212-1).
