Description
The Advance Photon Source Upgrade (APSU) project requires capacitive sensors to monitor the motion of precision stages used in the KB Mirror systems for 34ID. The Scope is to procure standard off-the-shelf components (capacitive sensors and drivers) but customized vacuum compatible cabling, and testing requirements of the 34ID capacitive sensor system deliverables.
