Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, MS intends to issue a solicitation for 15B31523Q00000013 to obtain the requirements for FY-2023, 2nd QUARTER DRY GOODS / FROZEN SUBSISTENCE. This solicitation is 100% set-aside FOB destination. The NAICS code is 311999.  Delivery dates will begin January 1, 2023 and end January 20, 2023.  Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 16th, 2022, and will be posted to SAM.gov website: https://www.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.  Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The deadline for receipt of quotes is December 2nd, 2022, 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Quotes received after closing date will not be considered. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All potential quoters are required to register with the System for Award Management (S.A.M.) at https://www.sam.gov and complete the Annual Representations and Certifications electronically via the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), which should be completed at https://orca.bpn.gov .
