Description
Firm fixed-price commercial service contract, for Water Treatment Service at the APHIS/PPQ/PRF facility in Phoenix, AZ in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment for Water Treatment Service, with service calls made as often as necessary to achieve proper water treatment, but no less than twice per month. The period of performance is for 12 months and four possible 12 month option periods.
