Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS NOTICE.  THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ).

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires a comprehensive non-sectarian education program for pre-kindergarten through grade 12 for up to 25 dependent children of DoD personnel assigned within commuting distance of Aricebo-Barceloneta, Puerto Rico (PR), in accordance with the Government’s Performance Work Statement. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 and will be competed under Full and Open Competition and may result in a single or multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract award(s) with a one (1) year base ordering period with nine (9) 12-month option years.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611110- Elementary and Secondary Schools.  Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management prior to submitting quotes. The RFQ, HE125422Q0009, and all attachments necessary to prepare a quote(s) will be available on beta.SAM.gov on or about January 31, 2022, with a tentative closing date of on or about March 7, 2022.  It is the responsibility of the potential vendors to monitor beta.SAM.gov for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation.  No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided.
