NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE (post on sam.gov as a special notice)
Requisition Number: M-23-D24-R-000010
The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract service for a Law Enforcement (LE) - restricted network with Illinois State Police and other cooperating law enforcement agencies. The decision was made based on the technical, compatiblities, sensitive and restrictive requirements with the Illinois State Police Department. The period of performance for this effort will be a base period with three option periods once awarded and ending 9/30/2026. The total estimated value at base period is $30,900.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement.
