** HOTEL MUST MEET REQUIMENTS IN Performance Work Statement **

The US Army War College, Army Strategick Education Program, Army Strategic Leadership Seminar is seeking a Hotel in the surrounding Washington DC area. 

This will be awarded as a Full Trade Off with a Base plus Four Option Years.

Period of Performance 

Base Year:              2023: 30 January – 10 February (Primary), or 16-27 January (Alternate)

Option Year One:    2024: 29 January – 9 February (Primary), or 15-26 January (Alternate)

Option Year Two:    2025: 27 January – 7 February (Primary) or 20-31 January (Alternate)

Option Year Three: 2026: 26 January – 6 February (Primary) or 19-30 January (Alternate)

Option Year Four:   2027: 24 January – 5 February
