Description
The Philadelphia Office of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department intends to procure commercial services for SCIF Sound Masking and Testing in support of the Joint Staff, J6 Directorate.
